Sales Advisor - Inbound & Outbound

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Advisors to join our team, working on behalf of a leading broadband provider. In this role, you'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, focused on new sales, customer saves, and winback opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers Handle inbound sales enquiries Identify customer needs and match them with suitable broadband packages Retain existing customers by addressing concerns and offering solutions Win back former customers through re-engagement and tailored offers Achieve individual and team sales targets

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in broadband sales, retention, or outbound calling. Strong communication and persuasion skills Resilient, motivated, and target-driven attitude Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

What You'll Get
