Russell Leisure Ltd (T/A Russell Play) is a growing company with over 30 years of experience in designing, manufacturing and installing inspiring play spaces. Part of the Wicksteed Leisure Group, we work across the UK with housebuilders, landscape architects, local authorities, and visitor attractions.

Our primary focus is to enhance our presence in the housebuilder sector by increasing awareness of our brand and the value we bring to residential developments, while ensuring that every enquiry is met with a tailored and cost-effective solution to suit each client's specific needs.
The Role
To establish & develop relationships with Company's existing and potential Clients to grow market share.
Consistently approach regional offices of housebuilders and developers through calls and outreach to ensure we are on their approved supplier lists and informed of play requirements for all upcoming developments.
Work collaboratively with Landscape Architects, emphasising the play value and material advantages of our UK-manufactured play equipment to encourage specification in future development plans.
To pro-actively follow up quotations and customer enquiries, guiding them through the Sales Cycle, with the ultimate aim of conversion to order.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline to continually grow the order intake.
Build and manage relationships with clients, recording the history accurately onto the company's CRM system.
To be aware of competitor's activity, pricing and products to ensure we remain competitive.
To collaborate with the Estimators/Designers, Sales and Contracting departments creating an effective team working together to create competitive Quotes and designs.
To assist in marketing programs as directed, with a view to obtaining new Sales Leads.
Preferred Skillset for the right candidate but, not essential
Proven success in B2B sales, with expertise in managing sales cycle.
Experience in specification sales, particularly with architects and landscape architects.
Knowledge of the construction industry.
Be able to build rapport with customers, build trust and confidence in a short space of time
As this role will be based between the office and working from home, the ideal candidate must demonstrate confidence and professionalism in both telephone and Teams meetings with clients.
