Sales Advisor - BYD Dealership, Loughborough

About the Role

Join the fast-growing Sandicliffe BYD team in Loughborough as a Sales Advisor. You will guide customers through the full car sales journey for BYD's electric and hybrid vehicle range. You'll provide excellent customer service, work towards sales targets, handle enquiries in person and online, and help build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Actively engage with customers at showroom and online, offering expert product knowledge of the BYD EV/PHEV line-up. Manage the full sales process: enquiries ? test drives ? closing sales ? handover. Achieve individual and dealership sales targets. Follow up leads through CRM, digital enquiries, telephone, and walk-ins. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure showroom presentation, product displays, and customer satisfaction are always of high standard.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills; confidence speaking to customers from different backgrounds. Previous retail, automotive or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential - full training provided. Motivated, goal-driven, with a proactive mindset. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working individually and as part of a team.
