Roaming Sales Executive

to work

in person

across our

Canterbury

& Ashford

stores.

What the role offers

A base salary of

22,316.69 per year

, with

commission and performance bonuses forming a core part of total earnings

. This is a commission-led sales role for individuals who are motivated by performance-based earnings and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment.

Uncapped earning potential:

Commission and bonuses are uncapped, with typical additional earnings of

7,500 per year or more

, depending on performance.

Roaming position:

This is an

in-person, multi-site role

covering Ashford and Canterbury. As a roaming role,

own transport is strongly preferred

to support travel between stores.

Structured hours:

9:00am - 5:00pm day shifts. Weekend working is required as part of the retail.

Training and development:

Comprehensive sales training, regular coaching and performance reviews, with genuine opportunities for progression as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service across both store locations Build rapport with customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products Maintain strong product and promotion knowledge Travel between stores as required to support trading needs Work collaboratively with store teams to achieve sales targets
