The Role

We're looking for a Sales & Customer Service Advisor to support both our online sales team and our retail store.

This is a varied, customer-facing role where you'll assist customers across multiple channels -- in-store, over the phone, via email, and live chat. You'll play a key part in the customer journey, offering clear, honest advice and helping customers choose the right products for their needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, loves technology, and wants to grow within a fast-moving, forward-thinking business.

A good knowledge of technology and a passion for great entertainment (music, movies, gaming) is desired but a positive attitude and desire to learn and grow is vital.

Your job will include but not be limited to the following roles and responsibilities:

Having an instrumental role in the customer journey, pre, during and post sale. Sending emails, answering phone calls and communicating via online chat to assist existing/potential customers Staying up-to-date on new technology, products, services, and policies Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns This is a great opportunity to start a career in Sales/customer support or to accelerate your career if you are already working in the industry. Work 5 days a week which will include Saturdays

A successful candidate will have:

Have a passion for providing the best level of sales advice possible Strong verbal and written communication skills Have a minimum of 5 A-C GCSE grade for English and Maths Be willing to learn on the go and develop necessary skills Be successful at working within a team as well as using their own initiative to get tasks done
Be enthusiastic and upbeat about developing their own career

A successful candidate may also have:

Experience working in customer service A passion for audio visual technology

Pay: 25,900.00-30,000.00 per year
