The Role
We're looking for a Sales & Customer Service Advisor to support both our online sales team and our retail store.
This is a varied, customer-facing role where you'll assist customers across multiple channels -- in-store, over the phone, via email, and live chat. You'll play a key part in the customer journey, offering clear, honest advice and helping customers choose the right products for their needs.

A good knowledge of technology and a passion for great entertainment (music, movies, gaming) is desired but a positive attitude and desire to learn and grow is vital.
Your job will include but not be limited to the following roles and responsibilities:
Having an instrumental role in the customer journey, pre, during and post sale.
Sending emails, answering phone calls and communicating via online chat to assist existing/potential customers
Staying up-to-date on new technology, products, services, and policies
Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

Work 5 days a week which will include Saturdays
A successful candidate will have:
Have a passion for providing the best level of sales advice possible
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Have a minimum of 5 A-C GCSE grade for English and Maths
Be willing to learn on the go and develop necessary skills
Be successful at working within a team as well as using their own initiative to get tasks done
Be enthusiastic and upbeat about developing their own career
A successful candidate may also have:
Experience working in customer service
A passion for audio visual technology
