Our store offers a diverse range of products, from household essentials, to gardening tools, power tools, feed, and agricultural supplies. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our professional team.

Position Overview

The Sales Advisor will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the daily operations of the store. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge (training provided), and a proactive approach to achieving sales and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide knowledgeable, professional assistance to customers in identifying products that meet their needs Proactively drive sales and contribute to achieving store targets Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing sales floor Support stock management, including replenishment, rotation, and merchandising Assist with deliveries and ensure products are displayed in line with company standards Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service delivery

Candidate Requirements

Previous retail or sales experience preferred, ideally in a homeware, garden, or agricultural environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Reliable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment A genuine interest in homeware, gardening, DIY or agriculture will be an advantage
