Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at our Colchester office in The Hythe. As a Sales Advisor, you will drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our innovative software solutions to businesses across various industries. You will engage with prospective clients, build strong relationships, and close deals while delivering exceptional customer service. No prior sales experience is required as full training will be provided on the job. This role offers a competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure to reward high performance.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations (in-person and virtual) to showcase the value of our software solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Accurately record all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot). Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs to position our software effectively. Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

No prior sales experience required; full training provided. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present solutions clearly. Strong negotiation skills and a willingness to learn a consultative sales approach. Comfortable using CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite (training provided). Self-driven, target-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus but not essential. Must be able to work from our Colchester office in The Hythe (hybrid options may be considered).
