Job Title: Sales Advisor
Location: East of England, Essex, Colchester
Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours
Primary Industry: New Build Housing Sales
Secondary Industry: Property and Real-estate
Salary: 32,000 - 32,000 Per annum
Benefits: 15,000 bonus per annum
A National Housing Developer are looking for a Sales Advisor to oversee their site in Colchester on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be managing the sales on this development and liaising with customers day to day, with the potential for a permanent contract after the 12-month fixed term.
Job Duties:

Manage the sales process for the development site in Colchester
Liaise with customers and provide excellent customer service
Promote and sell new build housing units
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the development
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Required Qualifications:

Valid Driving Licence
Experience in new build housing sales

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Previous experience in house building sales
Knowledge of the property and real estate industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:
This role involves working on-site at the development in Colchester, with regular interaction with customers and stakeholders.
