We're looking for a motivated, reliable, and confident communicator to join our growing team at Kite Packaging through our Sales Academy based in Whitley, Coventry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to transition from a service-based role into a long-term sales career. You don't need sales experience - we'll give you all the tools and support to succeed.

Today, we're a 169 million company, and through our Sales Academy, we're looking to expand our 40+ strong call centre sales team.

As part of the Sales Academy, successful candidates will benefit from comprehensive training and continuous support. We place a strong emphasis on career progression, and after completing the 6-month training programme, graduates will move into a permanent role within one of our vibrant call centre teams.

What we offer:



This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a strong focus on work-life balance.

Here's what you can expect:

Competitive starting salary of 25,000 per year Commission structure with on-target earnings of 32,000 per year after one year Comprehensive training including coaching and ongoing support A fast-paced, engaging work environment that's both professional and enjoyable 22 days holiday per year, increasing by one day each year up to 25 days, plus statutory holidays.
