We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge in electronic cigarettes and e-liquids, they will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets while ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Drive sales by effectively communicating product features and benefits.
Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Maintain an organised workspace and ensure the sales floor is presentable at all times.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives.
Utilise IT systems to manage customer information and track sales performance.
Share customer feedback and trends with the wider team to inform stock and service improvements.
Skills
Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with customers clearly.
Proven customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to meeting client needs.
Ability to negotiate effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and the company.
Familiarity with IT systems relevant to sales processes is advantageous.
Previous experience in a sales environment and hospitality is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
