Tax Return Sales Executive with

ADVANCE



Salary:

From 24,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus uncapped commission (expected minimum 5,000 - 10,000 OTE per annum)

An exciting opportunity has arisen at

ADVANCE

for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Tax Return Sales Executive to join our Tax Returns Team. This role is office-based, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Tax Return Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business by proactively engaging with potential clients and liaising with other team members to ensure world class service is provided at all times.

This is predominantly a telephone-based sales role - the Tax Returns Sales Executive will be required to win business by engaging with contractors and promoting the ADVANCE brand and Tax Return product, representing ADVANCE's values of passion, respect, world class service and teamwork at all times. The Tax Return Sales Executive will be responsible for winning business, following up with ADVANCE's clients, communicating with the wider team and building positive, professional relationships both externally and internally.

World class service, quality and accuracy are all imperative with this role. The relationships the Tax Return Sales Executive builds with clients are key to future business. They will have the ability to recognise further opportunities to increase sales and revenues for the business.

The role also encompasses a Tax Return Consolidation element, whereby the individual will be responsible of providing ad hoc support with the consolidation of Tax Return booklets for ADVANCE's clients. Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail are key to successful consolidation of booklets. No previous experience of booklet consolidation is required for this role.

Within the role, the Tax Return Sales Executive will be expected to highlight areas for improvement and provide innovative ideas where appropriate. This is a growing department within the business and there will be plenty of opportunity for personal development.
