We are a reputable domestic carpet and flooring company with branches across the UK. Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Advisor to join a well-established team.

The Carpet Sales Advisor job role involves:

Greeting customers and understanding their flooring needs Educating customers on different types of carpets, their features, and benefits. Providing customers with estimates Selling within the store Giving advice on the type of flooring they may need Carrying out home visits to measure/ survey floor areas

In order to be successful the following is required:

Strong communication skills Good understanding of arithmetic Experience of working in the carpet/ flooring industry Face to face sales experience Basic understanding of cutting/laying carpets Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent level of customer service Smart appearance Have confidence when dealing with customers

Due to the nature of the business, the role includes working on a weekend day, 37.5 Hours per week.
