Job Description

We are looking for a driven sales advisor to join our existing experienced team. This position requires a professional with a strong work ethic, preferably with 3+ years of sales experience, as well as an ability to provide great service to our customers from survey, design and through to sale.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the best quality of service is provided to customers to ensure every customer recommends us. Approach customers and recommend the most appropriate products or service to meet their needs Lead the sales process from end to end, all the way through to the financial transaction Survey, plan & design customers bathroom projects end to end Order products required and project manage your customers renovation Manage any returns or customer complaints that may arise Answer phone calls and provide customer service Maintain the customer database Work with supervisors and colleagues to ensure customer needs are met. Achieve/exceed monthly year on year sales
About You
We are looking for people who have a great attitude, desire to achieve and who are passionate about looking after our customers. Here are some key skills & experience we are looking for in you:

Bathroom design is an advantage but not essential - Anyone can be trained on the design software. You'll have experienced in a retail or sales management role for a minimum of 3 years. You're customer-focused. You'll have the ability to motivate yourself and others. You'll be results-driven and have experience hitting or exceeding targets. Ideally located within 30 minutes of your store.
Salary

Basic 26,000 to 28,000 (Depending on Experience) Expected earnings in this role is 30,000 to 45,000 (Depending on performance)

Pay: 26,000.00-40,000.00 per year
