As an

Sales Advisor

at Fastlabels, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer relationships. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, cultivating strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:




1. Sales Growth:




Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities within the designated territory or market segment. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities are maximized. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Building:




Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

3. Sales Strategy Development:




Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve sales objectives. Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for improvement.

4. Sales Reporting and Documentation:




Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and sales pipeline updates. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the sales manager, highlighting achievements and challenges.

5. Product Knowledge:




Stay up-to-date with the company's products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Qualifications:




Proven track record in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
