Role and Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a keen willingness to learn and adapt to a competitive environment and set to meet company targets.

Managing inbound and outbound calls - setting up new insurance policies and providing exceptional support.
Address customer queries promptly and adeptly resolve any objections they may have.

Working Hours:
Full-time, permanent position (37.5 hours per week)
Office hours: 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm on weekends and Bank Holiday's
(Shift patterns and rota's will be discussed within your interview as these can vary between our opening times).
Location:
One Call Insurance Services, First Point, Balby Carr Bank, Doncaster DN4 5JQ (on bus route, approx. 1 mile from town centre)
