What you'll do
Welcome customers, qualify needs and create simple, confident test-drive experiences.
Present finance, service plans and accessories clearly and compliantly.
Keep your pipeline sharp in our CRM (follow-ups that feel human, not pushy).
Work as one team with management, marketing and aftersales to delight every customer.
What you'll bring
Energy, empathy and pride in doing the basics brilliantly.
Strong communication and a clean UK driving licence.
Retail or customer-facing experience (automotive a plus, not essential).
Coachable mindset--you like learning and you love winning the right way.
