Negotiate terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving company targets. Utilise organisational skills to manage time effectively, ensuring all customer enquiries are addressed promptly. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance overall sales performance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is essential. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with IT systems and tools relevant to sales processes is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach with a drive for achieving personal and team sales goals is essential.
