The Gym Sales Advisor is responsible for driving membership growth through proactive outreach, exceptional customer engagement, and strategic follow-up. This role requires a motivated, people-focused individual who can build relationships, communicate value, and convert leads into active members. The Sales Advisor contributes to the gym's overall success by generating new memberships, increasing retention, and supporting a high-energy, member-centered environment.
Duties
Generate new leads through community outreach and local marketing.
Respond to and convert online inquiries from social media, website, and digital campaigns.
Seek referrals from current members, new prospects, and past members.
Engage with existing members to support retention and encourage referrals.
Conduct phone drives to follow up with old leads and re-engage ex-members.
Provide tours, consultations, and membership presentations to convert leads.
Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up using CRM systems.
Support promotional events and collaborate with the gym team to enhance member experience.
