We're looking for someone with real sales experience to develop their career with us in our store located on Comiston Road in Morningside

About You

? Proven sales and retail assistant experience essential (Flooring Background would be great!)

? Able to deliver great customer service.

? Prepared to work hard and make the most of training.

? A great communicator who loves to help people.

? You are a stickler for detail.

Responsibilities

? As a sales assistant you will welcome customers into the store, understand what they need, guide them to the right products, and make it easy for them to select the best product for their home and lifestyle

? You will assist maintain product information, ensure correct point of sale and help keep high retail standards.

? Completing all necessary administration and sales quotations, arrange customer fitting dates. You'll need an eye for detail and be good with numbers.

Take payments from customers. Answer phone calls. Work with other staff replying to emails from customer enquiries etc
