Join Our Culinary Dream Team as a Sales Advisor at ProCook- Epsom Store!


Are you a kitchenware enthusiast with a talent for delivering outstanding customer service? ProCook is on the hunt for a dynamic Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our vibrant team in our Epsom Store!

We have 1 part-time position available 1 x 10hrs/week.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the frontline ambassador for ProCook, helping customers discover the perfect products to enhance their cooking experiences. Your goal will be to create a positive shopping atmosphere that keeps customers coming back!

Your Daily Activities Will Include:

Welcoming customers and providing them with a delightful shopping experience. Assisting customers in finding kitchenware that meets their needs. Engaging with customers to drive sales and ensure satisfaction. Maintaining the store's visual standards and stock levels. Handling transactions and processing returns with a smile. Contributing ideas to improve store operations and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

A passion for customer service and helping others. Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential. A willingness to learn about our products and share your knowledge. Team-oriented approach with a positive and friendly demeanor. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers. Organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
