Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a capability of being able to gain a strong knowledge of our products, specifically PVC wall panels. The Salesperson will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their needs, and providing them with product recommendations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, and determine their needs by asking appropriate questions Present and demonstrate the benefits of our products, with a specific focus on wall panels and bathroom design Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices Keep the store clean and organised, including the maintenance of product displays and shelves Process transactions and handle cash, credit and other forms of payment accurately Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their purchases and to encourage repeat business Duties in the warehouse will be required as and when the business requires.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a salesperson, preferably in a retail setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of PVC wall panels or other related products Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to lift up to 25kg. Basic maths and computer skills
