\xc2\xa311.54 p/h with opportunity to move up to \xc2\xa313.28 p/h as an Elite Advisor.

Potential to earn up to \xc2\xa332,000 each year (with Bonus capped at \xc2\xa31000 per month)

Lowest KPI Sale: \xc2\xa312.41 cps, Average \xc2\xa3400 P.M

Customer Sales Advisor \xe2\x80\x93 Life Insurance

Location: Glasgow

Hours: Monday to Friday Between the hours of 8am to 6:00pm. (37.5hours)

Role Details

We work with over 50 of the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading brands across multiple sectors to supercharge their customer service.

We are looking for new talent to fill our customer service representative roles in permanent, full-time contracts in our call centre in Glasgow. We have vacancies for customer service advisors, call centre agents, customer service representatives, or people who have worked in a client-facing role, such as banking. Some of our shifts are Monday to Friday, and some roles feature answering live chats as well as taking inbound and outbound calls.

In this role you will handle customers within our life insurance business stream, handling customers in a vulnerable population who are 50+ in age. You will work with warm leads as there is no cold-calling.This is an outbound role.

You will receive several weeks of full paid training on our systems, products, and call handling.

Requirements

• At least Six months of experience in sales
• Ability to adapt and learn
• Sales Experience
• Communication and listening skills
• Computer literacy
