Are you a kitchen enthusiast eager to help others find the best cooking tools and gadgets? ProCook is seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team.


In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, guiding them to find the perfect products that meet their culinary needs.

Your Role Includes:

Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in selecting products. Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our kitchenware range. Processing sales transactions and managing customer inquiries effectively. Maintaining store presentation standards and ensuring stock levels are adequate. Working collaboratively with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

This is a part-time 16hrs/week position based in our Glasgow Store.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Experience in retail or sales is beneficial. A genuine interest in kitchenware and cooking. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work various hours to meet store needs.
