Position Overview:

As a Sales Closer at Move Brothers, you won't just be selling; you'll be crafting moving dreams into reality. You will connect with potential clients, understand their unique needs, and transform their apprehensions about moving into excitement. Your mission? To close every deal with confidence and flair!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage and Convert:

Dazzle potential clients through phone, email and in-person surveys. Uncover their pain points and present tailored solutions.

Own the Sales Process:

From the first hello to the final handshake, manage the sales cycle with precision and professionalism.

Follow Up and Build Loyalty:

Don't just close deals; create raving fans. Follow up with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.

Collaborate with Operations:

Work hand-in-hand with our operations team to ensure every move goes off without a hitch. Your commitment to customer success drives our mission.

Qualifications:

Proven Sales Experience:

You've conquered sales in a service-based industry (logistics, removals, real estate). Your track record speaks for itself.

Exceptional Communicator:

Your ability to connect with people is second to none. You can turn any conversation into a compelling narrative.

Negotiation Ninja:

You know how to navigate objections and seal the deal. No one leaves the table without saying "Yes!"

Self-Motivated:

CRM Savvy:

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, but your willingness to learn is what truly counts.
