Converting warm inbound leads into loyal customers Advising on products with confidence and clarity -- no hard sell, just great service Creating accurate quotations and finance agreements Owning the customer journey from first contact to final order Managing your own pipeline and staying on top of follow-ups Meeting and exceeding sales targets with pride Keeping standards high and details sharp

Proven experience as a

Sales Advisor

in a retail setting Comfortable working to targets and KPIs -- and beating them A natural communicator who builds rapport easily Organised, proactive, and motivated to grow A team player who brings energy and positivity Someone who takes pride in delivering a great customer experience Must hold a full UK driving licence
