Sales Team Member - Full-Time

Golfbays is a fast-growing eCommerce business based in Cheshire, specialising in high-quality golf simulators and accessories. As a trusted name among golf enthusiasts, we pride ourselves on delivering an excellent customer experience from first contact to after-sales support.

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Team Member to join our friendly and professional team on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Role

This is a varied role, perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment. You'll play a key part in our sales operations--responding to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, supporting product consultations, and assisting with in-person demonstrations alongside the Sales Manager.

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Occasional overtime, weekends, and bank holidays may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, and live chat

Assist the Sales Manager with consultations and product demos

Support order processing and fulfilment

Handle returns efficiently and professionally

Maintain and update company databases

Perform general administrative tasks

Ensure exceptional customer service throughout

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and a professional telephone manner

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively

Confident IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
