The Framing Centre is a small business in Horsham, RH12 1PT. We are professional, agile, customer-centric, and our goal is to Provide bespoke picture framing services to all with expert assistance and flawless customer service.

Important Information

Our opening hours are from 9:30 to 17:00 Monday to Saturday and 11:00 to 15:00 on Sundays. Each shift is for the full opening hours. We do not do half day shifts so the chosen candidate will be required to work the full day on their shifts.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.

The candidate will be required to work weekdays and ideally will have flexibility to cover shifts on the weekend if required.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs

- Provide product knowledge and advice to customers

- Accurately measure peoples artwork, photos and memorabilia in order to send through bespoke framing orders

- Actively promote products and services to drive sales

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor

- Assist in stock replenishment and visual merchandising

Experience/skills required

- Previous experience in retail sales is desirable

- Ability to measure things precisely

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Excellent customer service skills

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
