We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to engage with customers effectively, and demonstrate a strong ability to upsell products and services. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Visit customers on booked appointments in your own vehicle. Show samples and measure up for Blinds/Curtains/Shutters. Prepare quotations and send to the customer to be followed up by admin. Once orders are confirmed, to return and fit the products you have sold.

Requirements

Proficient in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Basic maths skills for processing transactions and handling cash. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage but not essential. A passion for delivering excellent customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Capability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to learning about products and services offered.
