Job title: Fuel Sales Advisor

Salary: 12.21 per hour

Location: 2 Humber Quays, Wellington Street West

Hours: 40hrs per week (Monday to Friday + some Saturdays)

Overview

The Rix Group is a family-owned business and has been around for over 150 years. Rix Petroleum Hull, part of the group, is a local fuel distributor seeking a keen, enthusiastic, outgoing person to join their small team on a permanent basis. The job is varied and would suit a person who is well organised and has the ability to prioritise their workload.

The Role:

Receiving and making outbound phone calls, Creating and managing daily Invoices. Processing customer's orders Updating customer records

The successful candidate will:

Have strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to process data accurately Good numeracy and strong IT knowledge including Excel, Word, and Outlook Be organised and flexible in their approach to work. Previous experience in an office-based, telephone customer service role is essential, experience in upselling and cross-selling products would be an advantage.
