We are a family run company that has a long standing reputation for providing top quality bathroom, kitchens and bedrooms to both the trade and consumers. Having been established for over 20 years we pride ourselves on great service. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team. We are open 7 days a week and the candidate is expected to work five of the seven days on a rota basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

Assisting customers with product selection, and upselling where appropriate. Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain & organise product display showroom, ensuring products are well displayed and readily available. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Skills

Previous knowledge of selling kitchens is essential Competent use of planning software, we currently use ArtiCad to produce our designs. Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
