We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at Rifai. Duties
RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and courteous way
2. Assist Customers in satisfying their needs; help and offer advice in choosing items and lead them to the Cash area; handle cash transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
3. Use cross-selling and up-selling techniques to increase basket size.
4. Achieve individual monthly sales targets as well as that of the shop as a whole.
5. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor at all times including cleanliness of shelves, tables, and other furniture.
6. Ensure that the shop is merchandised according to Rifai merchandising guidelines. 7. Maintain accurate inventory control and stock replenishments.
8. Stay alert at all times in order to identify security risks and thefts, preventing or handling these situations in order to minimize loss.
9. Provide constant feedback related to new/ existing products and customer demands/ needs.
10. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payments and exchanges as well as security policies.
11. Develop customer loyalty by ensuring accurate maintenance and update of customer database and follow up on communication with customers regularly according to their needs.
12. Respect company image standards at all times by always maintaining good hygiene and a professional presentation.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software, MS Office suite, and online communication tools.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
