This is a customer facing role and will require dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone.
Knowledge of the motor industry is essential for the role. The main duties/requirements of the role are below
Supporting customers through counter sales and telesales
Locating/Picking stock to fulfil orders
Cash Handling
Attention to detail to ensure the customer gets the correct products
Dealing with returns from customers
Supporting trade customers with account queries and taking payment
Some ad hoc duties as and when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
