Motion One is a forward-thinking sales and customer outreach company based in Leeds City Centre. We partner with well-known charity and energy brands to help expand their customer engagement through structured, face-to-face residential campaigns across local communities.

The Role

We are looking for confident, friendly Sales Advisors to join our growing Leeds team. This is a

field-based residential position

, where you will speak directly with residents in selected neighbourhoods, provide clear information about charity and/or energy campaigns, and guide them through the sign-up process when appropriate.

This role focuses entirely on

residential outreach

and does not include events, retail, or indoor promotional work.

Key Responsibilities

Visiting allocated residential areas each day as part of the field team Starting professional, engaging conversations with residents Explaining the benefits of charity and/or energy services in a clear and accurate way Handling questions and helping customers understand available options Recording interest and completing sign-ups where suitable Working towards daily and weekly performance goals Representing Motion One and our partner brands in a positive, professional manner

About You

No previous sales experience is needed -- training is provided. You'll be a great fit if you:

Requirements

Eligible to work full time in the UK This is an

in-person residential field role

Comfortable engaging with members of the public in community settings
