What You'll Be Doing

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the new car buying process Building strong relationships and delivering a professional, tailored service at every stage Explaining finance, insurance, and additional product options clearly and compliantly Achieving individual and team sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction Keeping up to date with new car models, features, and manufacturer promotions
What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience (ideally in automotive, but not essential - retail or customer-facing backgrounds also considered) A strong customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with a wide range of people Organised, target-driven, and motivated by success Full UK driving licence
