Impero Ltd is recruiting a Trainee Sales Assistant to join our Liverpool-based team. This is a full-time, entry-level role where full training is provided. The position involves engaging with customers face-to-face, delivering a professional service, and working towards individual and team performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Engaging with customers in person on behalf of established UK brands Providing clear and accurate information to customers Delivering a high standard of customer service Representing Impero Ltd professionally at all times Working towards agreed daily and weekly performance targets Attending ongoing training and development sessions
Pay & Benefits

Base pay provided (paid weekly) Additional bonuses and commission available based on performance Typical total weekly earnings range from 400-700, depending on performance Full training and ongoing coaching provided Clear progression opportunities into senior and leadership roles
Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, reliable attitude with a willingness to learn Full-time availability (Monday to Friday) Comfortable working in a customer-facing, in-person role
