Bounds Green, North London | Full-time (Monday-Saturday) | 27,000 - 30,000 + performance bonus

The Role

As our showroom's first point of contact, you'll translate customer ideas into well-planned, fully costed bathroom solutions and see each project through to completion. Your consultative sales style will drive revenue, foster long-term relationships and strengthen Plumb It's reputation for quality and care.

What you'll do

Welcome & advise - greet walk-ins and handle phone/email enquiries, recommending products and layouts to suit each brief.

Design insight - read architectural/interior drawings (CAD familiarity a plus) and flag practical considerations early.

Quote & convert - prepare accurate quotations, follow up proactively and secure orders.

Order management - process payments, place supplier orders, track deliveries and coordinate customer collections.

Showroom standards - keep displays, pricing and promotional materials up to date and looking their best.

Supplier liaison - maintain strong relationships, check stock and chase lead times.

Continuous improvement - log sales data and stay current on new products, smart tech and market trends.

What you'll bring

At least two years' experience in a bathroom environment.

Confident interpreting floor plans; comfortable with Microsoft 365, email and basic admin.

Clear, engaging communicator who enjoys consultative selling and meeting targets.

Organised, detail-focused and able to juggle multiple live projects.

Self-starter who thrives in a supportive, and friendly close-knit team.
