Sales Advisors

to join our dynamic team.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in converting inbound leads into confirmed bookings. You'll respond to customer enquiries, provide quotes, offer guidance on vehicle options, and ensure every customer receives outstanding service from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound enquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp, website chat) Provide tailored quotes and vehicle suggestions Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings Coordinate availability with our network of vehicle operators Maintain accurate records of enquiries and sales activity Represent the Kroovel brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or bookings (events, travel, or vehicle hire preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident, persuasive, and friendly manner Tech-savvy - comfortable using WhatsApp, email, CRM systems, and cloud tools Able to manage time effectively and work independently Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: 24,420.00-55,871.44 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
