Sales Advisor

based in our

Luton

branch you'll be responsible for: Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendation Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude Placing customer orders on the system Proactively follow up on back orders Maximise sales opportunities, up-selling where possible and following up on other opportunities (e.g. quotations/price enquiries)

Experience in the Plumbing & Heating Industry is ideal Previous face to face customer service experience To be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic This is a Fixed Term Contract until July 2026 working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07.00am - 4.00pm or 08.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.
