Duties
Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide expert advice on products and services.
Drive sales through effective negotiation and persuasive communication techniques.
Maintain an organised sales environment, ensuring that all displays are well-presented and stocked.
Utilise IT systems to manage customer information and track sales activities efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Provide excellent after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to negotiate effectively.
Familiarity with IT systems relevant to sales processes is advantageous.
