OTE 25,000 to 28,500 + Bonus Scheme

Your Role as a Sales Executive/Advisor

Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering outstanding customer service to every visitor. Signing up new customers and meeting store sales targets. Consulting with customers to understand their storage needs and offering tailored solutions. Managing enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Selling in-store products and services. Maintaining accurate customer records in the database. Assisting with debt management for customer accounts. Working collaboratively to help the store thrive. Keeping the store organised and well-maintained.

The Ideal Candidate

You'll shine in a face-to-face customer service or sales role, bringing confidence, excellent communication skills, and a warm, enthusiastic attitude. You love interacting with people and are motivated by achieving targets and delivering great results.

Hours:

Full-Time, avergaing 40 hours per week (any 5 out of 6 days, Monday to Saturday).
