Responsibilities

Maintain an organised approach to managing customer inquiries and follow-ups. Utilise IT systems to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate reports. Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. A background in customer service is advantageous, showcasing your commitment to meeting client needs. Familiarity with IT systems relevant to sales processes will be beneficial. A strong understanding of performance vehicles and tuning culture.
