Job Description

A house builder who produces top quality homes are looking for a top quality Sales Adviser to help customers find their dream home and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Although you'll be allocated a site, you'll be expected to help cover other sites from time to time so you'll need to be located in or around the Milton Keynes area.

You'll have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to ask the right questions to be able to fully understand their needs and requirements as well as active listening and strong closing abilities. Reporting to a Sales Manager, you'll be expected to secure profitable sales with the aim of achieving financial targets and deliver an excellent customer experience. You'll be joining a highly successful and motivated team who are very supportive of each other, all focused on delivering an exceptional service throughout the whole of the customer journey.

Applicants will ideally have experience selling new homes however, if you're from an Estate Agency background with genuine desire to cross over to the new homes sector your application will still be considered.
