About the Role

We're looking for passionate, motivated people to join our

outbound sales team

at

The London Mint Office - Newcastle

.

You'll be speaking with

existing and previous customers

, reigniting their interest in products they already love and introducing them to new collectables that match their interests. This role is about

real conversations and genuine connections

-- not hard selling or scripted calls.

Sales experience is a bonus, but not essential. If you're confident, engaging, and enjoy talking to people, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Be Doing

Making outbound calls to existing and former customers Building strong relationships through natural conversation Introducing customers to new collectables and exclusive offers Listening to customer interests and matching them to the right products Working towards sales targets in a supportive team environment Working towards Sales and Productivity KPI's

(1-3 months), you'll have full control over your working pattern.

Later starts? Gym breaks? Four-day week?

Please note:

During training, shifts will rotate between:

Mon-Fri: 9am-8pm Sat: 9am-5pm
