Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Utilise excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and foster long-term relationships. Manage time effectively to ensure all customer interactions are handled promptly and efficiently. Organise & clean jewellery displays and maintain an appealing sales environment. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to offer informed advice to customers.

Experience

Proven experience in a luxury retail sales role is desirable, training will be given to enhance your skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with customers and colleagues alike. Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales processes is advantageous. A background in customer service will be beneficial, demonstrating your commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
