About the Role:

We are currently seeking a

Sales Advisor to join our dedicated and customer-focused team, specialising in Agri Supplies. This is a hands-on role based at our trade counte, ideal for someone with retail or trade experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

As part of the sales team, you'll provide expert advice and excellent service to our customers .

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high levels of customer service

Provide knowledgeable advice on Agri products

Process orders, quotations, returns, and customer queries efficiently

Maintain and merchandise the trade counter and display areas

Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves are replenished and well-presented

What We're Looking For:

Experience working on a trade counter or in a retail sales environment

Strong product knowledge or genuine interest in agri, garden, and paint supplies

Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to assist in buying decisions and liaise with suppliers

Good IT skills and familiarity with sales/order processing systems
