Duties
Engage with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services effectively
Conduct B2B sales negotiations to secure new business opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
Manage client accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and ongoing relationship development
Utilise IT systems to record sales activities, update client information, and generate reports
Drive company vehicles as required for client meetings or product demonstrations
Organise and prioritise daily tasks to maximise productivity and meet sales targets
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product range and industry trends to advise clients accurately
Qualifications
Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or customer service roles is advantageous
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities
Proficiency in IT systems and basic administrative tasks
Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-moving environment
