We're seeking a confident and approachable Sales Advisor to handle customer enquiries, provide product guidance, prepare quotes, and help convert leads into sales. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer-service mindset and an interest in home improvement or glazing products.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and showroom enquiries Provide product information and advice on windows, doors, and conservatory options Prepare accurate quotes and follow up with potential customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships Maintain a tidy, professional showroom environment Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
Previous experience in sales is essential Confident communicator with a friendly and professional attitude Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to learn product specifications and guide customers effectively Basic computer skills (email, CRM systems, quoting tools) Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently when needed
