We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven

Sales Advisor

to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring customers have a great experience by handling sales inquiries, taking orders, and providing exceptional service at every touchpoint. You'll also work closely with suppliers to coordinate order fulfilment, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

This role is an ideal fit if you're a people person who loves making connections and has an eye for detail. This role is Monday - Friday 9 to 5

with overtime options available.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, providing information about products and services. Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are correctly entered and that customers receive their orders on time. Conduct follow-ups with customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Order Coordination:

Work closely with suppliers to manage order status and resolve any issues that may impact delivery timelines. Coordinate with suppliers on stock availability and lead times to keep customers informed. Communicate effectively with both customers and suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled as planned.

Required Skills & Experience

Customer Service Focus

: Demonstrated experience in a sales or customer service role; previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.

Strong Communication Skills

: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective liaison with customers and suppliers.

Organizational Skills

: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to ensure all customer needs are met.

Problem-Solving Abilities

: Able to address issues with orders and work collaboratively to find solutions.

Interest in Logistics

: Willingness to learn and grow into route planning and logistics coordination.

Required :

Aged 18 or older
Full UK driving licence
Strong work ethic

GCSE English/Maths - C and above

Desired :

Knowledge of Firearms / Airguns
Passion for outdoor sports
Previous sales experience

First Aid Trained

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
