We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team as a chair and bed advisor. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Duties

Engage with customers to understand their requirements and present suitable products or services. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using IT systems. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and maximise sales opportunities. Valid driving licence for travel to client locations as necessary. Proven experience in retail sales. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in IT systems for managing customer data and sales records. Effective time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently. Strong organisational skills to maintain order in documentation and client follow-ups.
