Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team.

This is a part-time role working 3 days a week. Hours will be from 10am-4pm. One weekend day is essential each week.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a drive to achieve sales targets. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This position requires strong organisational abilities and effective communication skills to negotiate and close sales successfully.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service at all times. Identify customer needs through active listening and effective questioning techniques. Present and demonstrate products or services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features. Negotiate terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all sales materials are up to date and readily available. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance. Manage time effectively to handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining quality service. Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Ability to negotiate confidently and persuasively to close sales successfully. A proactive drive to meet personal and team sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
